What’s it like to be on the team at ACCESS? We've celebrated nearly four decades of service to the community and we are committed to continuing to move ahead. Our employees are considered our most valuable asset. We celebrate our family atmosphere and encourage supporting one another in professional as well as personal endeavors.
Employees volunteer for service projects at places ranging from local schools and support services to national outreach campaigns, such as the National Service Day. Sometimes they receive a team T-shirt and a meal for their efforts. But the sheer number of participating employees and their families shows the real reward is in personal satisfaction and well-deserved pride in contribution. Our employees keep us deep rooted and connected to the community.
Orientation
From your first day on the job, you’ll start learning about our history and principles, and the opportunities for you and the company. Soon after you join us, you'll take part in an extensive orientation program to cover these topics and introduce you to the different areas of the company.
