Here at ACCESS we take pride in serving the entire Metro-Detroit community. The various programs our Employment & Training department offers are designed to serve everyone.
ACCESS is an employment and training provider for the Southeastern Michigan region—one of the few certified employment service agencies in Wayne County. The importance of linking the right people with the right jobs cannot be overstated, and our dedicated and qualified staff members take this responsibility very seriously.

We believe that by helping people achieve their full potential, we are making our community a better place for all.
Over the last program year, the Employment and Training Department assisted over 12,000 job seekers in working towards achieving their employment goals. These job seekers reside throughout the Detroit metropolitan area, and represent diverse ethnic and racial communities. Whether they are new to this country, or born and raised in the US, our staff is well-equipped to meet their needs.
