Immigration Services

One of ACCESS' earliest services to the community was immigration counseling.  We have been providing immigration services for more than 30 years. Our immigration specialists are accredited by the Board of Immigration Appeals. This accreditation allows our specialists to represent clients in immigration court and accompany them during their interview with the Department of Homeland Security.

Swear-in

Most of our clients come seeking family reunification and U.S. citizenship status. Others are in need of accredited specialists to represent them in the U.S. Immigration Courts, regarding asylum cases, permanent residency interviews and many other interviews.  Our immigration specialists provide services in counseling in the area of immigration law and regulation, completion of immigration forms, and court representation at the Department of Homeland Security.

ACCESS' Immigration Unit provides citizenship classes, covering ESL, U.S. history, interview procedures, and mock interviews.  In partnership with the Department of Homeland Security, ACCESS' Immigration Unit hosts periodic U.S. Citizenship Swearing-In ceremonies.

The following is a listing of forms that our specialists provide assistance with.
