Volunteer with ACCESS
The achievement of the goals of ACCESS is best served by the active participation of citizens of the community. To this end, ACCESS accepts and encourages the involvement of volunteers at all levels of the agency and within all appropriate programs and activities. All agency and staff are encouraged to assist in the creation of meaningful and productive roles in which volunteers might serve and to assist in recruitment of volunteers from the community.
Volunteers play an important role at ACCESS. They enable us to help our clients more effectively. There are many opportunities to volunteer within ACCESS. People volunteer for many different reasons. It may be to gain experience in this tough economic time, receive credit from their high school or university, or to show pride in their community and help to make it a better place. There are many different departments that you can volunteer with.
