By providing your mobile number and opting in (for example, through a web form, paper form, verbal consent, or another opt-in method), you agree to receive SMS text messages from ACCESS (Arab Community Center for Economic and Social Services).

What types of messages you may receive

ACCESS may send SMS messages that include, but are not limited to:

Appointment reminders and scheduling updates
Program or service-related notifications (including confirmations, reschedules, cancellations, and follow-ups)
Account or case-related notifications (as applicable)
Customer care and support messages (responding to your requests or questions)
General organizational updates related to services you requested or opted into

Messaging frequency

Messaging frequency may vary. The number of messages you receive depends on your interactions with ACCESS and the services you request.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages.

Opting out

To opt out at any time, text STOP. After you text STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Consent and eligibility
