Michael Juchno

Mike is a partner in Ernst and Young’s Artificial Intelligence & Data consulting practice in Detroit and has more than 20 years of professional consulting experience. He earned dual bachelor degrees in mathematics and economics from Albion College and an MBA from Michigan State University. Mike has spent his career in the Detroit metropolitan area with his family’s roots in Dearborn.

As a partner for the firm, Mike coordinates all aspects of Ernst and Young services around market leadership, quality, culture, people development and operational excellence. Mike leads client engagements through the integration of data availability, data analytics and business processes to enable client business transformations and strategies. In addition to his client-serving roles, Mike has held a number of internal firm leadership roles as well.

Mike is a strong advocate of Diversity and Inclusion, which he believes leads to enhanced individual and team performance. Mike has served on Ernst and Young’s Ethnicity Network and brings Diversity, Equity & Inclusion principles to his teams, clients and internal firm operations. In addition to serving on the board of ACCESS, Mike has served in the past on the boards of the Michigan Roundtable for Diversity & Inclusion, Junior Achievement of Southeast Michigan as well as a founding board member of Hamtramck Charter Academy.
