The Arab Community Center for Economic and Social Services (ACCESS) is committed to attracting and retaining a diverse workforce of talented, motivated individuals throughout the organization. The agency offers a competitive benefits program and strives to provide a stimulating, nurturing environment to build a career.

Diversity proves its value

ACCESS staff recognize that diversity is not only a reality, it is a distinct advantage in the 21st century, and one that ACCESS values and embraces. ACCESS also knows that it can only leverage the benefits of diversity by understanding and respecting the differences among all of its employees.

Diversity enhances confidence and improves the contributions made by people in those environments. Valuing and respecting each individual simply makes good sense. Success and reward are natural extensions of ACCESS’ family culture that values all people.

Equal opportunity

ACCESS is an equal opportunity employer and program administrator committed to a culturally diverse workforce.

Opportunities for employment and advancement will be available on a non-discriminatory basis – without regard to race, color, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, handicap or veteran status.

Working at ACCESS

What is it like to be on the team at ACCESS?

ACCESS has proudly served the community for more than four decades, and it is committed to forging a bright future. ACCESS employees are considered its most valuable asset. ACCESS celebrates its family atmosphere and supports its staff in professional, as well as personal, endeavors.

Employees at ACCESS volunteer for service projects ranging from local school outreach and support services to national outreach campaigns, such as National Service Day. Sometimes employees receive a team T-shirt and a meal for their efforts. But the sheer number of participating employees and their families shows the real reward is in personal satisfaction and well-deserved pride in contributing to the community. ACCESS employees keep the nonprofit deep rooted and connected to its neighbors.

From your first day on the job, you’ll learn about ACCESS’ history and principles, and the opportunities extended to you and the company. Soon after you join, you'll take part in an extensive orientation program to cover these topics more thoroughly as an introduction to the different areas of the company.

ACCESS supports its associates with a comprehensive benefits program designed to complement and enhance their professional and personal lives. Employees and their dependents are eligible for a wide variety of benefits that comprise a significant portion of ACCESS’ total compensation package. These benefits include:

  • Medical coverage
  • Dental coverage
  • Vision coverage
  • Life insurance
  • Paid holidays
  • Paid time off
  • 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan
  • And much more...
