Please join us for our FREE Annual Back-to-School Health Fair at ACCESS Medical Center. School physicals and immunizations will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Please bring all school physical forms and immunization records with you.
Who: Ages 10-21 years old
When: Friday, August 14, 2015, from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Saturday, August 15, 2015 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Where: ACCESS Medical Center (first floor)
