With a bachelor's degree in computer science from Brooklyn College and over ten years of experience in the field of information technology, Bassam has served in roles of progressively increasing responsibility since joining the ACCESS IT team in 2016.
Bassam was instrumental in ACCESS' unprecedented switch of the entire organization to remote operations during COVID. He led large-scale improvements, including full documentation and security-proofing of infrastructure, migration of telephone systems, ongoing upgrades of video conferencing technology, and leading IT audits. He has been instrumental in ensuring ACCESS remains a productive, efficient, effective organization, maintaining the highest levels of exceptional customer service while supporting our more than 500 staff.
