Hussien Shousher

Chair

Hussien Shousher provides executive mentoring and leadership advisory services through his consulting practice, with a focus on governance, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development. He is actively engaged in community and nonprofit service, contributing board-level leadership and strategic guidance to initiatives supporting civic growth and regional impact. Hussien previously served as CEO of GEM Inc. and GEM Energy and spent 25 years with the Rudolph Libbe Group of companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from The University of Toledo. He and his wife, Randa, reside in Toledo, Ohio, and have two children and two grandchildren.
